Wales Sex Offender Information

We currently have two (2) Level 3 Offenders and one (2)-Level 2 Offenders living in Wales.

Level 3 offenders are disseminated by statute under Meghan's Law to the public when the offender is classified. Level 2 Offenders are available upon request from the Chief of Police. There is a form available for such a request and there are standards that have to be met in order for the request to be disseminated.
