Members are appointed by town bylaws as representatives of the various boards and committees in Wales. Additionally, the committee must include one member-at-large and the town's Executive secretary.

The Planning Committee has been meeting regularly with various department heads and has drafted the below Capital Planning Schedule, which was presented to the Board of Selectmen on 01/29/2013. Future revisions may be required if contribution goals are modified in the FY14 budget preparation process. All updates will be posted.

All Capital Project Request Forms sent to the committee, which meet the guidelines set within the CIPC by-law, will be posted online. The CIPC will review and prioritze the requests and make recommendations for a final presentation to the Board of Selectman.
NOTE: The below items may or may not be approved. These items were submitted to raise awareness of future needs within the next 1-5 years.
